Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Delivery takes 7–20 business days for most countries. United States 30–55 business days. from the day your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing or local postal delays can add time beyond our control.

Shipping destinations
We ship to selected countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.

Customs, duties and taxes
Pet House is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes applied to your order. Any charges of this kind are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at pethouseteam@outlook.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
