FAQs

What's the difference between Classic and Pro?

Both hold 5L, drop measured portions on a schedule, and are controlled from the app over Wi-Fi. The difference is whether you can see him.

Classic — set feeding times and portions from your phone, and get a notification every time a meal drops.

Pro — everything Classic does, plus a built-in camera with live video, so you can see him at mealtime."

Which one should I get?

If you mainly want the feeding handled on time without thinking about it, Classic covers that completely. If you also want to check in on him during the day and have him hear your voice, go with Pro.

How does it actually work?

Fill the 5L tank with dry food and plug it in. Connect it to your home Wi-Fi through the app and set your feeding times and portion size once. From then on it drops the exact amount at the exact time, and you get a notification when it does.

Do I need Wi-Fi for it to work?

You need Wi-Fi to set it up and to use the app. Once a schedule is saved, the feeder keeps running it even if your connection drops — you just won't get notifications until it reconnects.

What kind of food does it take?

Dry food, freeze-dried, or puffed food, with pieces between 5mm and 16mm. Anything sticky or wet will clog the outlet, so stick to dry. The 45° outlet and the rotating scraper are built to stop jams with normal kibble.

How much food does it hold?

The tank holds 5 litres on both versions. How long that lasts depends on your dog's size and portions — for a small dog it's weeks, for a large one it's days. The lid seals on four sides and the tank is tinted against sunlight, so the food stays fresh either way.

What happens if the power goes out?

Both versions take four AA batteries as a backup and keep feeding through an outage. The schedule is stored in the feeder itself, not in the app, so nothing resets when the power comes back.

Can I see him and talk to him?

On Pro, yes — live video in the app whenever you want, plus your own recorded voice playing each time a meal drops, so he learns to come when he hears you. Classic doesn't have a camera or a speaker.

Is it only for dogs?

No. It works for cats too — the portion sizes go small enough, and 5L lasts a long time with a cat. Anything that eats dry food in the 5–16mm range is fine.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes 7-20 business days for most countries. United States 30–55 business days. Your order is processed within a day or two, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships so you can follow it the whole way. Customs or local post delays can add a little on top, and we'll let you know if anything holds it up.

What if I'm not happy with it?

You have 14 days from the day it arrives to return it. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it — just keep the box and everything that came in it until you're sure. Once it reaches us, we refund you.
